This sale is for an excellent condition Mamiya RB67 / RZ67 twin cable release – suitable for all of the RB67 series and RZ series cameras. This is the second RB67/RZ67 model, but it works identically to the latest version.
This is an invaluable and much sought after tool for any Mamiya RB or RZ camera user. First pressure on the cable release lifts the mirror in the camera; second pressure fires the shutter. This avoids all of the camera shake associated with the heavy mirror mechanism banging away inside the camera, and is essential for any long exposure times using a tripod. Every RB or RZ owner should use one!
You can also use this release for any other dual release application – for example Mamiya 645 and Canon FD bellows systems – or even for firing two cameras at (almost) the same time.
This release has only the usual light scuffs on the grip and works perfectly. The instruction leaflet can also be downloaded from the Downloads section of this website. These are now very hard to find, so grab it while you can.
