This sale is for one difficult to find, near mint condition Mamiya 645AF 120/220 Insert IN401 + Case for use with any Mamiya 645AF film back.
This insert comes from my personal camera kit, so I know it is working absolutely perfectly. It has been carefully used and has the usual slight rub marks on the ends but is otherwise mint. The box has a few marks of course, but the insert itself is superb.
Try finding another one – very few of these inserts around and they make a huge difference when shooting film with any Mamiya 645AF / AFD / Phase One 645AF camera.
