This sale is for one difficult to find, excellent condition Mamiya 645AF 120/220 Insert IN401 for use with any Mamiya 645AF film back, complete with storage case.
This insert has absolutely minimal signs of use – except that it has possibly been dropped as one end plate is slightly bent. I have using this insert myself and I have run several rolls through it; the slightly bent end plate does not affect use at all. Relatively cheap because of this, but really it has been very little used.
Try finding another one – very few of these inserts around and they make a huge difference when shooting film with any Mamiya 645AF / AFD / Phase One 645AF camera.
