This sale is for an extremely rare and really excellent condition Mamiya 645 Revolving Tripod Adapter N.
There are normal very minor signs of use, just a little paint loss around the the edges, and the tripod adapter is in perfect working order. Please note that no 1/4″ tripod adapter is shown in the images, but I will include one when sending out this item.
This adapter makes it possible to rotate your Mamiya 645 Super, Pro or Pro TL camera between horizontal and vertical while maintaining the optical axis, without removing the camera from the tripod. It is designed for speedy operation – just push down the chrome button on the front and the camera can be rotated to any angle, with click stops at 90 degree intervals. A standard screw thread shutter release button is part of the adapter.
Please note that it cannot be used with the 50mm Shift, 300mm f2.8 or leaf shutter lenses. Weight 690g.
This is an exceedingly rare item. It may be usable with other Mamiya 645 models; if you want me to test this, just ask.
