This lens is suitable or use with all Mamiya M645 and 645 manual focus cameras – the M645, M645J, M645 1000S, 645E, 645 Super, Pro and ProTL. It can also be used with 645AF mount cameras with manual focusing and manual aperture control.
This lens is in full working order – tested and working perfectly. The are absolutely minimal signs of use – just a tiny bit of paint loss on the mount. It has perfect glass and mechanical operation. This is a superb lens in really top condition.

This and the 105-210mm zoom lenses are the ones I use most on my own 645 Pro camera. Optically they are superb. Equivalent to about 34-68mm in 135 format. Much sought after and hard to find.
