This sale is for an excellent condition Mamiya 645 45mm f2.8 S lens, including both caps.
This lens in is perfect mechanical condition; no problems at all, aperture really fast without any sticking. Cosmetically it is really nice, more slight signs of age rather than use. The glass is really clean with no issues. The only problem is that the focus ring is a little rough when the lens has not been used for a while; this frees up completely when you rotate it a couple of times – so this lens is not quite perfect. I would classify it as near mint if it was not for the minor focus ring issue, but the price has been reduced to allow for this. This is a great lens, equivalent to 28mm in 135 format.
This is the very highly regarded S model – the later much improved N version optics in a metal body – perhaps the best combination you can get.
