This sale is for a very good overall condition genuine Bronica GS-1 electronic cable release – suitable for the Bronica GS-1 and SQ-Am cameras, and the ETRSi motor drive (but not directly with the ETRSi camera body). Please note that it cannot be used with other Bronica cameras.
This release is in perfect working order; it has really minimal signs of use – except that the white release button has come unscrewed and is missing. It still works exactly as it should, but you will be pressing on the small pin rather than a nice big white button. No doubt it would not be too hard to find something to replace the original button.
It plugs into the cable release socket of your GS-1 / SQ-Am camera, and means that no physical movement of the cable release takes place at all when you fire the shutter – much better than the only alternative of pressing the shutter release button.
