This sale is for an excellent condition Mamiya 645 Pro Waist Level Finder (WLF) – suitable for the Mamiya 645 Super, Pro and ProTL cameras. Please note that it cannot be used with older M645, M645J and M645 1000S cameras, or with the 645AF series (which have a fixed AE prism).
There are only normal very minor signs of use with just a little paint loss on the wire frame, but the two rubber trim strips are missing from the top of the prism. The standard -1.5D dioptre magnifier is fitted. This finder is optically perfect, and connects to the camera without problem. However, the spring that supports the dioptre is slightly weak, so rather than popping right up it is typically drooping a little bit – see photo 4. This has no effect at all on use, but this WLF is therefore ?30 cheaper than other similar WLF. Please note the plastic base cap and the frame finder screen are not shown and are not included with this item (but I do have them in stock if you need one).
This is an really sought after item – not easy to find. Just try finding another one (apart from in Japan at crazy prices, plus shipping, plus import duty, plus dodgy Japanese descriptions. Good luck with that!).
