This sale is for a mint condition Kiwifotos Mamiya 645 – Canon EOS Adapter for mounting any Mamiya 645 manual focus lens on to a Canon EF mount camera (or a Canon RF mount camera if you add an EF-RF mount adapter).
This mount adapter has absolutely minimal signs of use. It works perfectly; I have used it in the past with a variety of Mamiya 645 lenses on my Canon cameras. Bargain price to clear as I no longer use it.
