This sale is for a Mamiya RB67 50mm f4.5 C lens in very good condition. It is of course in perfect working order, including flash sync and mirror up. Please note that the rear lens cap is missing.
This lens is mechanically perfect. There is typical paint loss on the knurled rings from use but this is still a cosmetically excellent lens. It has great glass but there is a trace of fungus at the very adge at the rear element; this has no effect on images – I have used this lens for a few shots and it is absolutely fine.
This is the latest C type multicoated lens – much better optically than the earlier pre-C single coated optics.
Unless you do something daft like dropping it, it will outlast just about any other piece of photographic kit out there. These lenses are just made to keep on working and working – no electronics to go wrong!
